I review the not too bad shooter／platformer batman by sunsoft for the gameboy original

Part 1 of a playthrough of Batman for the Game Boy． Game beaten without continuing and with no save states． Playlist start at： www．youtube．com Visit my website at terosclassicgaming．blogspot．com for more of my videos． Batman is yet another action-platformer starring everyone’s favourite caped crusader． It’s basically a Contra clone I guess someone never got the memo about Batman’s disdain for guns． This is kind of an uneven run the first two parts are great and the third part is terrible． That’s probably because the last level is much harder than the rest of the game put together on this run I discovered that the Wave weapon is much more effective for this stage than other weapons (though it’s not great against the Joker) but even then it’s still hard． Good thing I had C Batmans． I love this game’s unapologetic use of hex． This game probably doesn’t stand out too much anymore but I always thought it was pretty good for when it came out． They realized that they needed to keep the characters tiny so you could see far enough ahead of you a trap many later GB games would fall into． I’ve prepared a special surprise for the 200th anniversary of Gotham City． Why don’t you join me？
